We are really busy completing the moulds for the Viper and completing other orders, but we have time to show you some new details. This time we want to show you the Elevator horns They are made in carbon fiber and are really stiff and strong. They will be placed in the tails right from the moulds so, alignment will be warranted.
Hope you like it! We would like to show you some details of the new Viper Fuselage ![]() As you could see the fuselage is really roomy, so you can put all your Rc Gear without trouble. The servo tray is made with high grade plywood. We will provide it without the servo cut outs, so each one can make it tight for the desired servos. ![]() Behind the servos there is space for the ballast tube, which will carry square brass ballast ![]() Here you can see the joiner and the wing connectors of Mpx type. The joiner it's used also as a ballast tube. It has two spaces as usual. With the help of another tu tubes in the wings we could have the plane ballasted to the top FAI without using tungsten. Nice flights! ![]() This weekend we've been busy building the first fuselage of Viper, and it seems really Good. It's built with unidirectional HM carbon on the outside and standard carbon inside. It also has a reinforce in all the tail of Kevlar to help the carbon in handling the bad landings. Of course the fuse is 2,4 friendly, so you can install all the rc gear inside without problems. We have painted the nosecone with a new fluorescent paint that will help in the identification in gray sky days as the glow of the paint becomes really impressive in this situation and also... Is Cool! Hope you like It Nice Flights! Tecnoepoxy Team ![]() Little by little we are giving the final touches to our new model, and we want to share this advances with all of you. Now we have completed the moulds for fuselage and nosecone. They are fully build in aluminum which will give us a great durability and also and accurate and light parts. they are going to be fabricated with internal pressure. Stabs and wings are made on composite and ceramic moulds, for it's fabrication we need to mill a master and then copy the mould. Today we have fully milled the stabs plugs and ready to be polished and waxed in order to copy the moulds. We plan to finish the moulds on August and maiden the first Viper on September for the Welsh Open. Hope you liked It. ![]() This week we have been working hard on the new mouldplugs for the new LatigoDinamic wings. As we told you on previous post of our blog, this wings are specially designed for days with strong windspeed. Those wings has a new airfoils designed by us. Those airfoils are thiner than the standard Latigo wings to achieve better mobility and higher launchings. We are very confident about the results of the new wings but we have try it.
