After some days trying to go to the field to get maidened the new Dinamic wings finally today stopped raining and we could test it.

First impressions are very possitive and the results are better than we expected.

Before some days working really hard in lots of different things we are glad to show you the new Dinamic wings for the Latigo. When we test its quality and flight characteristics we will offer as another option for the Latigo.

We have designed these wings for days with strong wind and we hope that with them we will achieve more hight in launchings. This wings have 1dm ² less than the stander latigo wings and also a new airfoil with a thinner section that will reduce the drag.
We also offer a new deco just for this wings and some more extras.

The moulds for the Latigo Dynamic Wings are fully completed and ready for moulding the first Wings.
We are very impatient of trying them and test how they behave.

As some of our moulds, we have built them with a epoxy toolling gelcoat with a ceramic support with aluminum reinforces, which gives us a very stable, solid and durable moulds.

This week we have been working hard on the new mouldplugs for the new LatigoDinamic wings. As we told you on previous post of our blog, this wings are specially designed for days with strong windspeed. Those wings has a new airfoils designed by us. Those airfoils are thiner than the standard Latigo wings to achieve better mobility and higher launchings. We are very confident about the results of the new wings but we have try it.

Yesterday we went to see the moulds for the New VIper!

They are almost finished!
The nose Cone ones looks superb and the fuselage ones will be very nice too.

We also left to the machining workshop which is milling for us the moulds (INUMA) Some plastic blocks to mill the masters for a new wings for the Latigo. those wings are designed for strong wind days. We keep you Informed!

The fuselage mould only need a litle bit of EDM in the tail roots, to make those edges sharp. They also need to be drilled in some parts and the final polishing.

We think that Viper parts will be of the higher standards. And will be as good as the rest or better!

It seems that is almost confirmed that Jorge Medina Is going to represent to Spain in the next F3K World Championship which is going to take place in Denmark the next summer.

For That reason Jorge Is starting a training routine in order to improve his launching and also to achieve a good physical condition to complete the competition in the best condition as he could. Is a Fact that a week of F3K could be so hard so he is going to give his best.

As part of the training we have moved to the Field to make some practices. The weather was so fun! there was no wind at all and some little bubbles surrounded by great holes make flying so tricky!

These Weeks Before we've been so excited!! We are about to send our first Latigo's to far away from Europe!

We have sent some to France to our friend Bruno and we hope he is so happy with it.

When we confirm the postal code of our friends in Japan we could send the package with the three latigo's.

Today we have maidened  a special Latigo! This one has a new layup wings with a thiner textreme which let us to lower the weight of the wings. This one only weights 270 gr ready to fly.

Today we finish the design of the wing and stab plugs, now It's time for asking prices for milling them and decide who is going to make the job for us.
